The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels when we asked.
The mattress needed changing, you could feel many people had sat on the edge and it was starting to collapse.
We didn’t see anyone except when we asked for light bulbs for the side of the bed

Location was great, the checking-in process was a little challenging as we arrived after hours. However, they did accommodate our late checkout request
Location, the facilites and proximity, and that we got a late check-out

A good hotel. I found it easily and everything was fine. The area is not great though — I wouldn’t recommend checking in at night. The hotel itself is good. Check-in is without a reception desk, which is very convenient. The room was clean enough, and the bathroom and toilet were nice. My room had windows facing the courtyard, and there were constant smells from a nearby restaurant, but we stayed only one night, so it was a minor issue.
They should add slippers for after the shower, and of course, the neighborhood is not very good.
