Location was great, the checking-in process was a little challenging as we arrived after hours. However, they did accommodate our late checkout request

A good hotel. I found it easily and everything was fine. The area is not great though — I wouldn’t recommend checking in at night. The hotel itself is good. Check-in is without a reception desk, which is very convenient. The room was clean enough, and the bathroom and toilet were nice. My room had windows facing the courtyard, and there were constant smells from a nearby restaurant, but we stayed only one night, so it was a minor issue.
They should add slippers for after the shower, and of course, the neighborhood is not very good.

The common area and room were really clean and the guy who greeted me very polite and nice. Location is very central and only a short walk from Termini Station. It's a comfortable accomodation for one or two nights stay
It's basically a repusposed flat in a residantial building so it makes you a bit aware of being in someone else's space. It's a bit difficult to find, I was expecting to see a signage or something but instead you need to ring and apartment bell. The area is central but pretty deserted and dirty (that's not their fault that's Rome councils fault!), there is no much around apart from a few off licenses. However everything else is pretty close by.
