The space was clean and the host was accommodating with the multiple delays to our train's arrival time. The room felt safe, and was within walking distance of most major attractions, right by the train station if you need to get somewhere farther away.
Towels are changed once every 2-3 days, which was fine for us but just be aware in case you need to pack some if you like having fresh ones more often.

Illaria is a very good host and very helpful , the room is a good room and comfortable.there are three rooms with a common area. near to tube station which is easy to use and cheap , within walking distance to some sites . also near to main train and bus station. there are also bus and trams to use nearby.
The area and the building is a bit rough ,with overflowing large bins in the street outside, lots of graffiti on nearby premises. the safe in the room just sitting on a shelf ,not fixed to wall , and could be carried easily.
