Bedden waren prima en service was snel, we voelde ons veilig binnen het verblijf wegens de camera’s en goed beveiligde deuren binnen en buiten het verblijf. De kamer was mooi en goed ingericht en was voorzien van een goede kluis, naast de bedden zitten goede oplaadpunten.
De inval douchekop was niet goed gemonteerd waardoor hij los hing, er zit schimmel in elke hoek van de cabine, daarnaast was de handdouche kapot en zat de slang onder het haar, schimmel en menselijk vet. Toen we dit aangaven werd er wel gelijk wat aan gedaan en is er een nieuwe handdouche gemonteerd. De wijk vonden we niet erg maar was ook niet wat we verwachte, alleen maar Pakistani, Indische en chinezen wonen in deze buurt. Geen overlast gehad binnen of buiten het verblijf.

Die Joyful 148 Luxury Guest House hat mir besonders durch ihre sehr zentrale Lage und die gute Anbindung an Metro und Bahnhof gefallen; die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. Außerdem war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Teilweise war es etwas hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus dem Flur oder von anderen Gästen mitbekommen hat. Die Zusatzgebühr für die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks am An- und Abreisetag (jeweils 15,- €) fand ich etwas überzogen; hier würde ich mir wünschen, dass man das Gepäck kostenlos aufbewahren darf.

The location- very close to Roma Termini so perfect orientation point. It was very clean and great noise blocking windows- also the area is very quiet. There beds are very comfortable and in a small common area you can make yourself tea or coffee and there are always small snacks provided . On top of that the girl that gave us keys responded right away when we had questions during the trip.
Sometimes we could hear people in neighbouring rooms but it wasn’t bad.

Great location close to both the train station and metro station, metro around 200 m from the house and train station 3 minute walk. With the metro you could easily get to all the major attractions so quickly! The hostess was super nice and so helpful! The room was exactly like the pictures and very nice, would definitely come back!
The rooms had pretty bad sound isolation, so the noise from outside as well as from the hallway felt like it was inside the room. We didn’t really feel all too comfortable walking around in the evening because on a close by street there was always a lot of large groups of people.
