Guesthouse very close to Termini (and metro Vittorio Emanuel). We had a triple room with ensuite. Very comfy matrasses and pillows. The host waited for us outside to show us to the room. Kitchen for your use with filtered water, toaster, coffee maker (with beans!) and tea. Area was quiet at night. Many places for breakfast within 5 mins walking.

The hostess, Marta, was great, very friendly and gave us excellent tips. It's located in a central location, near Termini Station and the Vittorio Emanuele metro station. There are good restaurants nearby. Filtered water is available in the kitchen. The shower was good. The Basilica of S. M. Maggiore is very close.
The liquid soap at the shower was not good, and the walls and floor seemed greasy. Also the bed sheets had stains.

The location, rooms and service are the best. The location is perfect as it is very close to Termini and easy to reach (even with wheelie bags), it is also close to Vittorio Emanuelle metro station so all the main sites are within a few stops. The rooms were lovely and spacious and bathroom was well equipped. The service was absolutely phenomenal as we were met on arrival, given many local recommendations and had all our questions asked. There is also a mini kitchenette that has coffee, tea and filtered chilled water. A fridge for use and plates and cutlery as well.
I would definitely recommend Proncipe guesthouse!!!
