It’s exactly like 5 stars hotel without exaggerating

We chose this guest house because of its proximity to Rome Termini (we had a flight the following morning) and its high ratings. It was extremely clean and modern. AC worked great and it was pretty quiet even though it was in a busy area. There was complimentary tea/coffee and minibar, which had water, juice and beer. Several wonderful restaurants within a short walk. We highly recommend this property.

The check-in process was a bit unusual. We were told that we'd be automatically checked-in if we arrived after 6pm because there is no staff onsite in the evenings. We arrived at 5:30pm but there was no one around. They had sent us arrival instructions, which were clear and helpful. The only issue we had was how to open the door to our room. That part had been left out of the instructions, but when I contacted out host on WhatsApp, he replied immediately and explained how to access the room, so it was not a big deal. We never saw any other guests or staff, but our stay was brief - we were only there for about 14 hours. We left early, around 6:30am, to catch the train to the airport. Soon after we left, I messaged the host to let him know we had departed. He messaged me back over an hour later to tell me I could leave the city tax (€6 pp) on the desk in our room! I explained again that we had left hours ago, and he said that I could do a bank transfer, PayPal, or something else I wasn't familiar with. I told him I would send the money via PayPal. Again, just a minor inconvenience and not a big deal. But I think it would be helpful to communicate ALL important info ahead of time when there is no staff present.

Super silencioso e os atendentes muito amigáveis. O tipo da hospedagem Guest house, me surpreendeu.

Apesar de super bem localizado , bem próximo de Roma Termini, o entorno me assustou um pouco quando cheguei. Mas na verdade é tranquilo andar pelas ruas, inclusive a noite. Não tivemos nenhum problema.
