Friendly environment and free stuff. Everything in the room is new and comfortable.

Updated, clean and so close to the train station. Really nice they provide free drinks and access to cold and sparkling water to refill water bottles. AC works excellently!
The area is little rough but that’s to be expected near the train station and out of their control. Sheets were a little scratchy but we were so tired it didn’t matter.

Easy to find from the train station. The surrounding area did not look safe, but we had no trouble. Once inside we were impressed by the beautiful bathroom, clean linen and soft towels. Very helpful abd friendly staff. Complimentary water, coffee and drinks. Welcome surprise!!
Although very well situated the surrounding area is dilapidated, dirty.. Streetlights did work and we never had to move in dark areas.

Probably first property to be exactly as described. Room was spotless and very well and modern furnished, had everything you could need free of charge. Host was super nice and helpful, check in/check out was very easy and comfortable and flexible. AC saved our lives in summer. 5 min walk from roma termini which is great if you’re traveling by train. Despite being in that area, it was very quiet inside the room, no noise from outside.
