Not sure. Management team is very easy to reach via whatsapp if u have issues.
1. Price is quite expensive. 2. Is located near a sketchy area in Rome, near Termini. 3. Building is quite old. 4. Room is very small, shower was dirty. And floor overall is not really clean. 5. You can hear all the traffic during the night. 6. Staff asks for tips, which I found insane. Would not stay here again.
