Very clean and comfortable room of good size and nearly all amenities (study table, bedside tables, wardrobe, locker, heater, air conditioner, refrigerator, nice bed, mirror and enough charging sockets). Near the central railway station. Staff friendly. Room and bathroom were regularly cleaned and fresh towels supplied. Bathroom supplies replenished each day.
The biggest drawback is the lack of a kettle for heating water. Secondly, although it was at a stone's throw away from the railway station, the surroundings looked and smelled dirty. No problem with safety inside the building though.

Room was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, which was a great bonus. The shower always had hot water and was spotless. The location is excellent — right next to the main subway and train station, which made getting around very easy.
The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The lady at reception was especially kind and welcoming, which really made a difference for us. Overall, a truly pleasant experience — easily 10/10

It was very clean.
The reception area was always empty. It said breakfast was included but received no breakfast. Not have a seen the breakfast buffet. Anyway! Can’t complain.
