The surrounding is a bit dangerous, a lot of black people, and home less.

Everything was ok and we really enjoyed our time there.
Unfortunately shower didn't work. ..so not hot water for those two days was a not good thing especially when we walked a lot and we couldn't refresh ourselves as we wanted.

The check in process was very confusing but we booked last minute after being let down by our previous booking

Nice size on the room and everything seems new. Good air conditioning in the room. Great location if you have to take early trains like us, if not I would not recommend this area. Flexible host that let us store the luggage there while waiting for check in.
The apartment is placed in a very bad neighborhood, we did not feel safe walking there when it was dark. It wasn’t very clean and there is nobody there to check you in.
