Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt vier Zimmern, wobei man flexibel weitere Zimmer hinzubuchen kann. Einige Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, und ein Zimmer hat ein externes Badezimmer. Was mir am besten gefallen hat, war das Kennenlernen von Nur und Mohamed von der Hausverwaltung. Sie waren überaus höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich danke ihnen von Herzen für den tollen Service und den netten Umgang. Esmat The apartment consists of four rooms, and it has a flexible setup where you can add extra rooms as needed. Some rooms come with a private bathroom, while one room has an external bathroom. What I loved the most was meeting Noor and Mohamed from the management team; they were extremely respectful, kind, and professional. Gutes Personal, aber die Wohnung benötigt dringend Wartung: Ich habe hier übernachtet und es gibt einige Punkte, die der Eigentümer regelmäßig reparieren sollte: Der Kühlschrank friert zu stark ein, der Kleiderschrank lässt sich nur einseitig öffnen (anders als auf den Bildern), die Badezimmertür schließt nicht richtig und der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Zudem sollten die Decken nach jedem Gast gründlich gewaschen und saubere Ersatzdecken bereitgestellt werden. Ich hoffe, dass die Eigentümer einen Teil ihrer Gewinne in die Instandhaltung investieren. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr höflich und nett. Wenn diese Mängel behoben werden, werde ich in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen und die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen Esmat Great staff, but the property needs maintenance: I stayed at this property and there are a few things that the owner needs to fix and maintain regularly: The refrigerator freezes excessively, the wardrobe opens only from one side (unlike what is shown in the pictures), the bathroom door does not close properly, and the TV was not working. Also, blankets must be washed consistently after every guest checks out, and backup blankets should be provided. I hope the property owners invest some of their profits into regular maintenance. The staff members are very respectful and polite. If these issues are fixed, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others in the future. Esmat
