Host were phenomenal; so kind and accommodating. Place was great.

The reason a 10 was applied was because there was no phone number or way to contact. Flying internationally my phone of origin was inoperable. Message indicated after a certain hour (1500) no one would be available at the locale and access was only granted through a code that was available only through that email (on my inoperable phone!). Simultaneously EU was implementing new biometric protocol and the lines were enormously long helplessly requiring hours to pass through. VERY STRESSful! ... followed by a huge taxi queue since time was short fearing not to arrive in time (when already exhausted from 22 hour flight). Not everyone is a millennial and for the those of us who are not adept with QR codes and instantaneous downloads I suggest simply adding a phone number. Host and hostess were the primary reason for not a lower score! On line was a NIGHTMARE!

Very close yo yrain station. Room was amazing newly renovated very comfortable bed. Good response from team about elevator problem.

Elevator wasnt working apartment on 3rd floor.

Before I booked our room here I looked at many properties in Rome checking out the ratings, prices and reviews. I should say this property is like a hidden gem: so clean, everything was new, nice coffeemaker in the room, toiletries in the bathroom. This was a great value for the money we spent on the room. It was quiet at night and the property has a lounge with a huge TV so you can have a movie night in the evening. The bed was spacious and comfortable. I liked that the property was so close to Termini station where you can get on the train, subway or grub a tour bus. Multiple restaurants were right around the corner. Oliver spoke English and made us feel very welcome.
