Location and good value for money.

Nothing in particular. The overall experience of staying was pretty good when compared against the money spent.

Room was clean and beds are comfy. Had breakfast snack in the room. Good shower. Check in was easy.

Location. While convenient to the station, it’s not a nice area. I made sure we were in before dark. Walked over human poop on our way to the station. People sleeping on the sidewalks. I do realize that the apartment has no control over this.. just warning others. I was with my small kids and it was unsettling. Also we briefly got stuck in the elevator. Doors wouldn’t open and it’s not like the elevator is linked to the fire station or anything. My kids were scared, myself as well. We eventually got out after going up and down. There is no open door button and the elevator is tiny. On the 4th floor so luggage would have been an issue walking. Also there is a motion sensor light in the bathroom that turns off after about a minute leaving you in the dark in the shower.. or blinds you in the middle of the night. Didn’t see an option to turn that off.

Great property, very nice and helpful staff, and excellent communication. The location is perfect — just a two-minute walk from Rome Termini station. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The room includes a kettle, hairdryer, coffee machine, and a small fridge, perfect for storing snacks. Highly recommended!!!!

Close to Termini train station and restaurants. Room was spacious and what was advertised.

Toilet overflowed within minutes of our arrival. ( staff cleaned the bathroom immediately once we told them what happened)And hotel host/staff heckling regarding the VAT after I advised them that I would pay once I got some change because they were not able to make change for €50. Beds were uncomfortable.
