The Beatus Guest House is a hidden gem directly across the street from the Rome Terminal. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed and had air conditioning!! It was very quiet with solid three paned windows. We liked the location after coming in on the train and we also took the metro to the different parts or Rome. Severine, the owner, is lovely and happy to make reservations for you or get you a cab to the airport. Her breakfast is also perfect! I would stay here again!

The icing on the cake here was definitely Severine, who even brought us breakfast in bed and made our stay so enjoyable with her recommendations. The rooms were spacious and inviting. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. I would definitely come back.

Location is great. Hostess is very friendly and generous to us
Outside on the street saw some homeless and not very clean. Rooms are right adjacent to other rooms. Simple setup. Lucky we didn't have other guests next to us otherwise would have been noisy
