Love the location and the staff were so very helpful.
The entrance was a bit hard to take on the first time in.

Everything was good

Very close to rome termini and close 20 min walk to colosseum and center of rome. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating from an incident i had in bathroom. Place was relatively clean
Location was a bit unsafe. Area around rome termini is known to be a bit unsafe but the hotel was secure. The washroom showers are very small. Unfortunately i had an accident where the glass of the shower shattered and injured my body with one deep wound. Thankfully someone came within 30 mins near midnight and helped clean up and bring med supplies as well

Staff are welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The room is basic but clean. Some basic snacks and refreshments are provided.
The area is very dodgey with drug addicts regularly seen taking drugs at the entrance of the property. But convenience is good next to the train station and good walkability to the major sites. The mattress for the single bed is poor quality and very uncomfortable. Cannot sleep more than 1-2 nights on it.
