    I was disappointed. My 7th hotel in two weeks, and it was the 1st that didn't have a fridge and the 1st didn't provide toiletries like shower gel and hand wash

    The location was perfect for shopping and transport, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were very clean. The air-conditioning and internet service in the rooms were not reliable. While the facilities were decent, they could use some improvement. Overall, a good stay with excellent cleanliness and customer service.

    The power was out for almost the entire night while the temperature was around 30°C. The room became unbearably hot even after opening the window, and hearing the noices outside I honestly felt like I was sleeping on the street. I couldn‘t sleep at all. Even when the electricity was working, the air conditioner was almost useless. The temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and the only way to feel even a little bit of cool air was to stand directly in front of the vent. To make matters worse, the shower faucet was broken. If you weren’t extremely careful, it felt like you could pull the handle right off. A hotel should provide basic comfort and a safe, functional room. Unfortunately, this stay failed to meet even those basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here. With the room rate and the additional €10 city tax, this hotel certainly isn’t cheap. Paying this much for a room with repeated power outages, an ineffective air conditioner, and broken bathroom fixtures is simply unacceptable.
