Very good location. Just 3-4min walk to Roma termini. And also a laundering service (EUR 14 for washing & drying) in 2min walk. Supermarket just next door. Mini fridge inside the room. AC is good. Host is very helpful.

Bathroom is little cramped. Electrical kettle in the room but no tea bags,coffee,sugar etc.

Such a good little room in a great location. A short walk from the big main train station that takes you to the airport. Easy to find. Elevator was helpful with lots of bags.

We initially had an issue with the aircon, it wasn’t pumping cold air like it should but the host responded to our message in record timing! He came to the room and fixed the problem immediately and we had a great working air con after that.

The great location is just two blocks from Termini train station it's helpful if you have big luggage and easy to get there, the building has a sign and you cannot get lost, the staff is great they get in touch one day before and help you with the check in and all the details instructions to enter to the building, the room service is great they clean and tidy up the room daily. You have near many options for shopping and restaurants. Another wonderful thing is that you can control the air conditioning that is great during the warm season the internet connection is great if you need to work remotely.

The key process is a little bit confusing at the beginning but the staff always help you and you get used to it easily.
