Hotel Palladium Palace

Very polite and helpful staff. Anything we asked for was taken care of immediately. We always got help when we needed to order a taxi and the taxi usually arrives in just a few minutes when ordered via the hotel. The location is perfect, a walking distance from the majority of tourist attractions. Colosseum was just a twenty minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and small supermarkets around which are open until late in the evening, even the street sales with souvenirs, clothes, etc. are on each corner around and also open until late. Bus stops close by (one is directly outside the hotel door) and the Termini train station is just about 300 meters away. Very clean hotel, we got fresh towels every day and could see that the floor in the room was cleaned every day. The view is also very nice, you can see the nearby church and hear the bell marking the time. A nice romantic feature in a busy capital life. Breakfast was good, all the food was fresh and tasty. It’s not a very big hotel, but very charming and friendly. We will definitely choose it again if we plan another trip to Rome.

Maybe the room wasn’t as spacious as we expected from the reviews. But it was clean, bathrooms facilities all worked perfectly. Good value for money.

It was very convenient to walk to Termini Roma. The staff was very welcoming and accommodated an early check in. Very clean room, comfortable beds, and s lovely view out the balcony and from the rooftop. The

The room in Hotel Palladium was beautiful - lots of space and so much vintage Italian charm. I appreciated the slippers, fridge, safe, crisp clean bedding, and tiny balconies to view the busy city below. The rooftop bar provided a perfect spot for sunset!

The pillows were very hard.

The hotel photo on booking does not correspond to reality. Everything is much worse. We stayed for my child's birthday, which I informed about in advance, but we didn't receive even a small surprise from the hotel.
