The room was clean. Staff was friendly friendly and helpful. Earlier check-in was possible and storing the luggage worked perfectly. The courtyard is beautiful with all the plants. Location next to train station makes exploring the city easy.
Traffic noise is obvious, the property is next to the train station.

It's super clean, walking distance from various attractions. Across the street from Termini, so you hit Fiumicino easily at any time
Nothing special. Idiom was a bit tricky to start but we managed it later

The location is amazing also the staff was really kind and helpful
We did not get the service that we had paid for. There was not warm water supply and that caused a lot of inconveniences…. We are still waiting for the refund that we requested, however I am not so optimistic about that
