The Painter's House

Felice was just brilliant! His communication from start to finish was excellent: his responses were quick, very helpful, and always went above and beyond to assist us. The room was lovely - clean, nicely decorated, and a decent amount of storage. The shared area had a fridge and coffee machine. The location was perfect - opposite the market where there are a range of different food and drinks stalls, the shopping mall, and the coach stop from and to the airport. There are also lots of restaurants and bars nearby We were given breakfast vouchers for a hotel cafe nearby - we only used this once as we found ourselves heading out quite early and getting breakfast elsewhere.

Can't fault our room at all! The only negative we had was the street area outside the apartment isn't the cleanest.

Great location next to Termini if you need access. We arrived by train and left Rome by rental car. We texted about leaving our luggage early and no problem. Helpful hint to coordinate early with owners of these rental rooms have no reception. The host was very friendly and there all worked well

All went as planned.

Really good location and nice big room, a very helpful and caring 'host'. Nice decoration and furniture.

The room smelled like smoke which created issues with asthma.
