Great location close to Termini, with busses that go to most parts of Rome. Close to bus shuttle that goes direct to airport. The room was nice and clean and spacious. Air conditioning was solid. Like the fact that we can use the fridge, hot water and coffee and tea facilities. Hosts were friendly and quick to reply, and offered good food suggestions.
Nothing, was all good.

The Painters House is absolutely beautiful. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The details in each of the rooms was really lovely. The owner Felice was amazing, very helpful and I must say a very talented artist. Hence "The Painter's House". Location was walking distance to the Transit Centre for trains and buses was a bonus.
We will absolutely stay here again without a doubt. We would highly recommend "The Painters House" to anyone travelling to Rome. 11 out of 10
Thank you Felice

Close to the train station
The room smelled like smoke which created issues with asthma.
