2. Fridge, water heater for coffee
Coffee sugar and tea provided.
3.Airconfitioning unit is EXCELLENT.
4.Spacious area.
1.Guests must be informed ahead if cleaning is to be made.
We noticed the changed of rug and empty the bin without informing the guests ahead of time.

Nice, bright, spacious, well-ventilated bedroom; clean bathroom; comfortable bed; good air conditioning, clean towels; good Wi-Fi, hair dryer. Excellent location for tourist attractions, with transport around the city and to the airport, shops and restaurants nearby, 15 min walk to Colosseo, shower gel, shampoo, free and plenty of hot drinks, water, and sweets for the guests.
* Suggestion: a small fridge in the bedroom would make it perfect. ☺️
The building has an aged lift, but this is beyond the owner's property. But served the purpose.

The location is close to the station. The views from the room were onto the park. The room was spacious and airy. The bathroom was nicely renovated and we had access to tea and coffee facilities all day and night. They allowed us to checkin early when our bus arrived at 7.30am. The owner was friendly and helpful although did not have much English.
The owner cooks in a kitchen just off the main entrance and the cooking smells are not ideal.
