The hotel is close to the train station, so it is an easy walk. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to all the major attractions.

The shower water switched from hot to cold during the shower. It was sometimes noisy outside the room on the street. The air conditioning did not work very well. The curtains were see-through, so they didn't block much light.

The location is about 6 minutes away from Roma Termini which is excellent. Walking distance to everything. The room is big enough for 2 people, even 3, as there is a couch in the room too. Two towels and slippers were provided. The shared bathrooms were always clean assessable. The manager checking us in was attentive and helpful. He let us leave our luggage in the room after checkout until 1300 as our train wasn't till 1340.

The location is in a sketchy area. It was a bit scary walking at night but day time is completely fine. The bathrooms only have 1 hook and no shelves in the shower and no counter space on the sink. So i suggest bringing a hanging toiletry bag if you have a lot of toiletries to bring in the bathroom.

Spotlessly clean and straightforward. Everything seemed new. Quiet area looking down on classical university building. Huge room and could not have been better.

Great host. He was helpful in any situation. He took care about an issue with a very loud family upstairs, so they would not make noise anymore the second night. Also he offered to leave my luggage after check-out. The place is generally clean, bathroom is shared with other guests.

The area is not a nice place to walk around. Streets get quite shady at night (drug dealers, prostitutes) and you should be careful. The room was quite basic, a bit weird smell, and quite hard mattress.
