Apartment was clean and newly renovated, close to train station

Breakfast was not good. They said Italian breakfast included but we never got a coffee. They said to get coffee from machine 24 hour but there was no milk available at any time.

I had a very good stay at this hostel. Everything was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were great. The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. He explained everything clearly and helped me with all my questions. Even though luggage storage after check-out was not available, he let me leave my bag and pick it up later, which helped me a lot. Coffee was available all the time, and breakfast was brought in the evening, so you could eat whenever you wanted. The location is excellent — only a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini, which makes it very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay. I would happily come back again.

The location was great, close to central railway station and walkable distance to many attraction sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Price to quality ratio is good, very good location for quick transport

Staff was rude, and despite there being an option to leave your baggage on check out day nobody was available in reception and nobody picked up the phone. No call back too
