Very friendly and welcoming reception. The location is very convenient for travel, as it is right next to the station. The room was very clean and comfy and definitely exuding some old-world charme.

perfect location close to Termini, the staff were very helpful to allow us to leave our luggage early so we can see the sites and get a train later. They helped with advice to get supplies, dinner and Gelato!

Besides Roma termini.
The hotel area is dodgy and not suitable for family and ladies. Surrounding area is dirty and rowdy. The rooms' "private" toilet are the worse. It's a make-shift toilet with a small curtain in the 2 bedder- fixtures inside are all falling apart. I have another 3 bedder and the shower water was trickling only. Hard to shower. It's ok if you are a solo bag packer.
