Very close location to the train station and understanding and cheerful staff.
The power in the building randomly wasn’t working when we went to check out which was weird, and because the location is so close to the train the view isn’t spectacular but not much that can be done about that.

It was a fantastic stay at the place. It is so convenient as a location. You can get excess by bus, train, metro anything. You just have to get down at Termini. Nilu and Pamela at the reception are such sweet people. I would really love to visit again for the love and the cozy comfort. Absolutely recommended for women solo travelers.

Besides Roma termini.
The hotel area is dodgy and not suitable for family and ladies. Surrounding area is dirty and rowdy. The rooms' "private" toilet are the worse. It's a make-shift toilet with a small curtain in the 2 bedder- fixtures inside are all falling apart. I have another 3 bedder and the shower water was trickling only. Hard to shower. It's ok if you are a solo bag packer.
