Lemei House

The place is near Termini station, which us a great location, close to shuttle busses, trains and public transport. The host was nice. Even though the room was very basic, there was tea and coffee in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. The trash was taken out daily. The towels and the bedding was also clean.

There was a bit of mold in the bathroom. The area doesn't seem all that safe, but we didn't have any problems, it was quiet during the night. The picture on Booking doesn't really match the property, as I was walked to another apartment.

Loved the value and location. It felt like an authentic Roman apartment.

We would have liked more communication in advance about the address of the unit. When we arrived to the provided address we were direct to a nearby building. A language barrier with the host made this confusing.

It was super clean and confortable. Enough space for everyone

Before this stay, I had had a good experience with the host in Meile House. I don't know if her August 3rd was terrible, because she was super rude, shouting and insulting me in chinese just because I wasn't able to understand her instructions properly (she does not know english or italian really well... ), without taking into account that we were a group of pilgrims who just arrived from the mass event at Tor Vergata, completely exhausted... So my advice is to be careful in case the host is in a bad mood :D, otherwise you may have an unfriendly experience.
