Optimus B&B

The location was pretty unbeatable as we were right next to the Rome central station and various bus/metro lines. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the modern amenities (including air conditioning). Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciate the little gifts from our host Andrea! We received a hat each, and a lunch box when we checked out. That hat was a life saver in the record breaking heatwave! Finally, Andrea was such a kind and generous soul. His restaurant recommendations were fantastic, and was always quick to respond to questions. Would come back here 1000%.

Location is excellent for a tourist. Adjacent to train, metro, airport shuttle, sightseeing buses, etc. Nice hub. Host Andrea was excellent. He met us promptly, explained everything in English (helpful for us) and was very helpful alerting us about local customs, tipping, restaurants and scheduling tourist attractions. Unit has convenient and unique breakfast facilities. Multiple (but manageable) building access points made us feel secure.

Very clean, extremely close to Termini station. Andrea is wonderfu, and waited for us late night.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! Andrea was an amazing host — super friendly, welcoming, and always making sure we had everything we needed during our trip. The accommodation itself was perfect: excellent location, very clean, comfortable, and with a really nice breakfast every morning. We also loved that the minibar was included in the price, which was a great touch. Andrea was always available for any additional information or help, and he even recommended several authentic local restaurants that tourists usually don’t discover. Those recommendations made our experience in Rome even better. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again! P.S. He also surprised us on our departure day with a small farewell snack package, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. 😀👌🏻
