The property is located very close to the Roma termini , very resourceful for connection with the train,buses , metro and tourist bus. And walking distance to many attractions.and Optimus is located inside a super safe place.

We liked everything. Location right next to Termini was very convenient for us. Room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The proprietor, Andrea, is hyperactive in the best possible way. Not only did he receive us very well, pleasantly surprising us with goodies such as complimentary cheese, salami, sparkling wine and even some souvenir baseball caps, but also gave us about 1 million different useful informations in under 2 minutes. Best tip of all was the wonderful gourmet food court right across the street within Termini itself, which we had no idea existed. He also let us store our luggage after checkout while we wandered around Rome and to take much-needed showers when we came back. In summary: highly recommended.

Not much to complain about really. If anything, the kitchen space is quite cramped, and the breakfast arrangements are therefore a little awkward, requiring guests to bring their food back into their room. There is also no outdoor area to hang out in.

The host was incredibly kind, respectful, and thoughtful, paying attention to every small detail. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a host. Highly recommended!
