Hosts were friendly and accommodating. No breakfast provided, but there was a coffee machine available with clear instructions.
The street outside was dirty and at times noisy. The room itself was very nice, although construction noise could be heard during the day, even with the windows closed.

La struttura é posizionata a cinque minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Termini, quindi estremamente comoda a tutti i servizi. La camera è nuova, pulita e silenziosa nonostante la finestra dia sulla trafficatissima Via Giolitti. Linda ci aspettava al nostro arrivo e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Struttura consigliatissima!

Easy check-in, the host waited for us at the front door, he explained in details everything we needed to know for a comfy and safe stay. The place is literally in front of Termini Train Station (the platform number 24 where you take the Leonardo Express train to FCO Airport is about 70 meters from the apartment). Some reviews mention that the area in unsafe, but we didn't have any issue at all. We moved around Rome by the Metro all the time (the station is about 400 meters away), very convenient and efficient. The settings of the place is a little uncommon, but I found it very comfortable and functional. There is a small common area/alley where you have coffee/tea/water/candies that you share with 3 other rooms' guests. But you have all the privacy once inside the spacious room with your own bathroom. Besides the central heating system, there is also an AC unit in case you are cold. The water pressure is extremely good and the beds, really comfy.
If you visit Rome and are not afraid of using the public transportation (which is excellent in Rome, btw), this is an excellent choice.
Didn't know Rome could be so cold and rainy... nobody's fault though. lol.
