Positives • Good location. • Fast and reliable internet connection. • Hot water worked well throughout the stay. • Plenty of soap and shampoo were provided. • Extra towels were available for us to take as needed. • There is a responsive laundry service nearb
Negatives • If I had known that Rome’s public transport is not very efficient and mostly relies on buses, I would have chosen a hotel closer to the terminal area (at the west end of the central station). • The room heater turned on and off automatically as if it was scheduled, which was inconvenient when we needed to dry our clothes.

The bed was comfortable. The tv was good. Shower was nice.
It was not convenient having no staff on the premises. The room was tiny and crowded. The floor was dirty.
