All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The shower was mouldy. The duvet cover was two sheets, so the duvet was constantly coming out and needed re-fitting. The beds were very hard.

Location was perfect and breakfast always fresh with an excellent coffee
Was a little bit to loud because room I stayed was next to the termini station and the door was loud too but I wasn’t to bothered
