Very close to Roma Termini, a few minutes walk. Felt safe in the apartment. There were restaurants just in front and a convenient store close by. Air conditioning worked well, which was a relief in the summer. We could leave luggage when we arrived early and the offer was there to leave luggage after checking out too at their other hotel, a few minutes walk from this place. Although advertised as a B & B, this place does not offer breakfast and there’s no re option staff onsite. That did not bother us as there was quick responses to messages and they seem to attend quickly from the hotel nearby that has reception staff.
Room was on the smaller side. Will not affect if staying a few days, but will be difficult if staying for longer.

It was conveniently located. It was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. It was a good value.

Close to train. Very clean.
Overflowing bins inside front entrance. Not a nice area. Tiny bedroom, not enough room to open 2 suitcases. TV didn’t work. Bed was very hard.
