We stayed for our last night. Less than 2 min away from the main train station Roma Termini. Beautiful central location. The concierge gave us cold water bottles upon arrival. The minibar was stocked with FREE (!) water, cola, fanta and a small sweet breakfast. They even had a tea pot and a coffee machine. While we didn´t try any of it, the service was way, way better than expected. 10/10 value for money

It was spotless - a great cleaner and very kind and friendly . It was also very quiet most of the day.
I think the bedding and pillows need updating. There is an overpowering odour I think from the cleaning materials throughout the hotel which remains all the time. Maybe choose something more palatable. I had to chase to get the entry code which was unnecessary but I was allowed access more than an hour earlier which mitigated the entry stuff .

Good location, next to Termini. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tea, coffee and snacks were available for breakfast in the room.
The most unpleasant thing was that check-in starts after 4:30 PM. Of course, it was our mistake not to check this before booking, but we were very tired and wanted to check in at 2:00 PM, as is the case in most hotels. There was black mold on the wall of the shower stall. It was disgusting. There was no toothbrush holder in the bathroom; that was inconvenient. The windows face the road, so it was a bit noisy at night.
