Host was extremely accommodating. Went out of her way to set up a banner for my partners birthday. Very friendly, accessible to the train station and walking distance to shops and restaurants

The accommodation is at the 4th floor of the building, once you reach the 4th floor you have a reception and there you find 4 rooms. A shared kitchen is available with everything you need, clean and nicely organised (for us it was nice to have a tea/coffee in the morning).
Our room was nice (purple color on the walls gave a very relaxing effect), big comfortable bed, clean. The host was very kind, cleaned the room daily.
A closed wardrobe for clothes (we only had hangers) plus some slippers (the floor has tiles) would have been very useful.
Location was practical, near Termini station (3-5min walk), but the neighbourhood didn’t feel at all safe, plus the streets were very dirty.
