Huge room- spacious and high ceilings which was nice after a few cramped rooms and trains. Large bathroom and shower too. Good aircon unit and easy to access the room. Very close to the station and metro.
We arrived in Rome a few hours early which understandably we weren’t able to check in. We were hoping to leave our cases while we grabbed some lunch but were told we weren’t able to. The man downstairs was quite abrupt and unhelpful and just told us to come back later. The woman who later met us however was very friendly and welcoming, just a shame we’d had to walk around with cases. Just be prepared for a walk to the main sites (or scooter).
