Great place near main train station, you can walk by yourself to most of the attractions. Really friendly owner, he recommended great places to eat nearby. Our room had one of the biggest and most comfortable beds I've ever slept in any accommodation.
It was a bit hard to find the right entrance, you need to look carefully for the sign with the name of the apartment. Be prepared to pay city tax in cash, it was not a trouble for us but just remember to have some cash on you at arrival.

Excellent location near great food options - both good local cuisine and also good cheap alternatives. Easy to reach from the station. Also not a difficult walk to the Colosseum and Forum. Very attentive staff willing to answer lots of questions and make recommendations.
