Rather clean floors and good facilities, coffee machine in the room

Not the safest location in Rome, but that's what you get near the main train station; mildly expensive given the quality

The property is beautiful and very easy to find, with excellent access and a convenient location. We had a late check-in, and the self-check-in option made the arrival process very smooth. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and daily housekeeping was provided, just like in a hotel, which was a fantastic touch. The host was excellent, with prompt and friendly communication throughout our stay. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out until it was time to leave for the airport, which we greatly appreciated.

The only downside was that the neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe at night, especially for female travelers. I would recommend returning earlier in the evening or being accompanied by a male companion.

Location is great. Close to Stazione Termini. Cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. Helpful, kind and professional staff. I'll be back!
