Easygoing host, we could leave our baggage at the hotel after checkout, quickly responds on whatsapp. Cleaning every day with new snacks/water. Very comfortable room.

Very clean , very accessible to all transportation and to many sight seeings, the staff very helpful and specially Matteo is very helpful and responds quickly to all requests.

The room was very clean, with all the things we needed. They provided us with snacks and beverages. Checkin in was exceptionally easy.
The neighborhood, although is close to Roma Termini is a little rough. We didn't know the city prior to this, and did not feel comfortable to start exploring at sunset. We rather stay in the room for the night.

Room was clean and fine in general, but quite small. Handy location for underground and within walking distance of the Colosseum.
There is a large step down into the room from the corridor and from the toilet, so you need to watch where you are putting your feet.
Fridge didn’t work. The soap dispenser didn’t work either & despite leaving a note advising of this, nothing happened.
When we pressed the buzzer on arrival at 3pm no one came to the door. I had to phone and then couldn’t hear anything when my call was answered, but that seemed to be enough for a lady to come and let us in.
