Paolo was great and so accommodating!! Room was really spacious vs others i have stayed in Rome same with the bathroom was really good size

Location was great. The room was very clean, well kitted out and bed very comfortable. The communal kitchen area was a bonus, plenty of choice of drinks and snacks to help yourself to. Paulo very helpful, we were there 2 nights, on both nights we followed his restaurant recommendations and had amazing food.
Maybe room could have been slightly larger but not really a problem.

Paulo was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the daily servicing was unexpected but appreciated. The bed was super comfortable. The common area with complimentary snacks and tea/coffee was great for travellers
A little way from the main tourist area made it more difficult to revisit areas due to the walking involved. However this also made for a quieter sleep and less expensive places to eat which was good

Friendly helpful hosts. The property was clean had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was close to public transport and some of the main tourist attractions.
