Very convenient location for a short stay in Rome, since it is a 20min walk from Termini. It is also walking distance from the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, the Colosseum, etc. It has a subway station half a block away. The room was very quiet, facing a backyard. The AC was quiet and efficient (a must, since the temperature in Rome was almost 40 Celsius). Excellent communication via WhatApp. Nice to have a coffee maker in the room and in the common area a fridge, watercooler, plus dishes & cuttlery.
Some minor issues:
1) Opening the main door from the street was tricky.
2) The shower stall was very small.
3) Lack of drawers or shelves to properly unpack.

There are fridge and cutleries available in the public space for us to use. Self-check in process is easy to follow. The host is highly responsive via WhatsApp. The air conditioner saves us a lot!!! Also close to the metro station. The staff cleans our room everyday and makes everything tidy. Sijilao Hotspot nearby is only a walk distance from the accommodation, which deserves a try!

Everything is awesome!
Special thanks to the staff for the cleanliness, attitude and 24/7 support. We’ve had a wonderful time at this cozy apartment. We are very happy with our stay in My Maison 109.
In the morning, it's enough to hear someone walking in the hallway or talking in the kitchen.

good location
There is no soundproofing, so you can even hear voices and footsteps from the next room. The drain was clogged and the water did not go down well. Even on the second day, when I flushed the toilet, the water didn’t go down and the shower booth refluxed.
