We loved the stay My Maison 109! The location was excellent - a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum, and right next to the bus and the metro station, providing quick connection to the entire city. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the shared kitchen. Room service was also very good!
Perhaps the fridge in the kitchen could be a bit bigger, as it is shared by multiple people - but this is not something that was a problem for us.

Good location. Apartment was clean and well-maintained by the very friendly staff. Bed was surprisingly comfortable for what it was and bathroom fully functional.
Room was small and soundproofing not the best, though to be expected in this type of apartment.

Very convenient location for a short stay in Rome, since it is a 20min walk from Termini. It is also walking distance from the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, the Colosseum, etc. It has a subway station half a block away. The room was very quiet, facing a backyard. The AC was quiet and efficient (a must, since the temperature in Rome was almost 40 Celsius). Excellent communication via WhatApp. Nice to have a coffee maker in the room and in the common area a fridge, watercooler, plus dishes & cuttlery.
Some minor issues:
1) Opening the main door from the street was tricky.
2) The shower stall was very small.
3) Lack of drawers or shelves to properly unpack.

There is no soundproofing, so you can even hear voices and footsteps from the next room. The drain was clogged and the water did not go down well. Even on the second day, when I flushed the toilet, the water didn’t go down and the shower booth refluxed.
