Luciano's greeting and introduction to the local area and to the transport connections to the places we wanted to visit, the best I have ever experienced. There was also the provision of a perfectly adequate breakfast as an extra and the seventh floor terrace as a place to relax.
There was nothing at all which did not excede expectations.

Very comfortable, peaceful and pretty place in an excellent location (train station and several attractions within walking distance, good metro and bus connections), the beautiful terrace is a big plus. The guest house is run by an exceptional and thoughtful host Luciano who makes everything as easy as possible: from communication to special requests. Several products are offered as breakfast (coffee, tea, bread, milk, oats, fruit etc.) which makes a great base for a good meal (you can store your own food in the fridge in the kitchen or in your room). Our stay totally exceeded all our expectations, thank you so much Luciano!
