Federica was great at keeping in contact with us and Mr Efren was lovely on check in. There was a wee lift that we were very grateful for at the end of each day of walking long distances! We loved the location and would happily stay here again if in Rome 😊

I liked that the property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was as described, and the space was comfortable and pleasant to stay in.

Great location, 2 stops from Termini station. With shops and restaurants close by but in a quiet neighbourhood. The room had everything we needed, fridge, kettle, air conditioning and of course private bathroom. Excellent room, plenty of room and smartly furnished.

The person who greeted me was friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the Coliseum and Roman Forum, and to the main station. The room was clean, and cool enough if you could tolerate the noise of the air conditioner.

The air conditioner went through periods of making unhappy-sounding grinding noises, and was never very quiet, which was quite disturbing. I suggested to the owner there was a problem with it and they told me it was just "a big machine". When I offered to send recordings my message was ignored, and no further response given during my stay. I also have to say I find it a little strange when a place provides access to a washing machine but expects guests to buy their own detergent. It wouldn't be a great expense to them to provide some (given they already provide shampoo, washing up liquid etc.), and it is very inconvenient when you are travelling to have to buy a whole packet when you only have to do one or two washes.
