The location was absolutely perfect for us. The balcony was great, the views from our room wonderful, and the cleanliness impeccable.

There was an issue with the AC that caused us some difficulty sleeping the first night. Our host got us fixed with a new room that did have air conditioning which was wonderful! He was very kind and thoughtful.

Well located near to a metro and bus station just 6 minutes away walking, near fountain to drink water, couple of stores and pharmacies and very clean apartment (Yellow suite is amazing!)

The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean with white bedding and very comfortable. The A/C worked great. The bathroom was immaculate with nice shower. There is a common area where there is a kitchen with dining table and refrigerator. There was coffee provided and cereal and snacks if you’d like to use it- we did not use any but were thankful for it. The host was very nice and very attentive and responsive.

Nothing I didn’t like, just something I would add is few more hooks on the bathroom wall. 😁

Room was nice and clean.

The owner was unresponsive when my husband and I arrived and needed to store our luggage. The numbers and listings on the door did not indicate that the room was on the fifth floor of the building. When we came back to check in only 10 minutes early, the owner responded and told us to come back in 10 minutes, so no flexibility whatsoever. The listing says that they will provide a ride to the airport at a small fee, but when I inquired about the ride, I was told to download a taxi app which was not helpful. Overall, the room was nice and clean, but the customer service did not meet our expectations and the long delay in responding from the owner was unacceptable.
