La cordialità e le professionalità di Benedetta e Massimiliano, sempre pronti a rispondere e soddisfare le nostre richieste.
L'impianto di aria condizionata ha bisogno di manutenzione perché non riusciva a rinfrescare l'ambiente e faceva molto caldo ieri. E ' anche impossibile accendere la TV (forse il telecomando era guasto o le pile scariche) . La disponibilità di un doppio cuscino sarebbe stata apprezzata.
