Not having a full breakfast. Had to ask but was provided a simple one.

The location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean and safe. This is exactly what we have look for. Clean and safe place to overnight, we spend most of the time in the city of Rome and that was the point of this trip. Thank you

The bed was little to hard. But this is a matter of preferences.

Wonderful stay - Patrizio was a perfect host! Nice and very, very helpful. Room is as described, comfty and large. Localisation is great close to the main station and centre of Rome. 100% recommended!

The room was lovely and clean, although the view of the building across the street was not so wonderful to wake up to each morning (this can't be avoided, of course). Patrick, the person who checked us in, was very pleasant and helpful. Easy access to all the sights of Rome. Lovely little family-run places downstairs on the street to grab a coffee, aperitif or an easy breakfast/lunch.

The exterior of the building and the entrance. We couldn't tell if this was a hotel from the outside of the building. It was very touch-and-go there for a bit. There is no lobby, no check-in downstairs....just a very old rickety elevator (enough for two people only) and a very grungy set of stairs. The hotel is actually on the third floor (felt like the sixth floor walking up those stairs). There is a sign on the door to ring for entrance, but no one answered the bell despite ringing multiple times. We waited for someone to come out of the building to gain access.
