    Checked in at 9 pm, and we didn't get any message from the hotel beforehand, and needed to do the check-in process online, via the website this hotel provided. It took us so long standing outside in the cold, calling the hotel, and then chatting with them via WhatsApp (they didn't receive chat via Agoda). Overall, our stay was okay, everything was average or below, except that the location was great. Great price, but I wouldn't way its great value. Would not come back!
