The location was perfect and the bed was super comfy

The cleanliness was not good 🤣 but for the price. As well if you get room 502 the water in the shower doesn’t drain straight away and fills up quick

We had the triple room and it looks exactly like the photo. There's a kettle, coffee machine, toiletries, hairdryer, air con, tv. The guy at reception was lovely and friendly. Location really good, there's metro station across the road that takes you to the Colosseum & Termini. We walked to the Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, as well as the Vatican. We did stop for lunch and beer en route to the Vatican though. Reading the reviews here, I got the impression there were loads of homeless outside. We saw one guy who was completely harmless. He spent a lot of the time spinning around, I come from Brighton in the UK and that would be seen as 'interpretive dance' here! :0)

There was nothing we didn't like, although my son was not a fan of the lift and decided to walk 3 flights of stairs.

Overall, this stay wasn’t bad for the price. The location is decent, the customer service was good, and the check-in process was very easy and convenient. They send you a link on the day with step-by-step instructions, which makes everything smooth and hassle-free.

However, there were a few issues that could really be improved. The bathroom was the main problem.. a light bulb wasn’t working, making it very dark, and the shower head was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was extremely strong in parts, making it actually painful to shower and even leaving marks on my skin. In the room, the TV didn’t work, one light switch was loose and non-functional, and some plugs near the TV didn’t work either, which may explain the issue. These are small fixes, but they would make a big difference.
