We liked that Fabio Rooms 102 was located very convenient to the metro (subway), to many food places, and to major attractions.
We expected it to be a hotel, but it was certainly not. The room was located in what seemed to be a residential apartment building, with no label or sign. The air conditioner was broken (thankfully, the host fixed it the next evening), the room was dark and the bathroom was missing light bulbs. The shower shelf was broken/missing, and the shelf above the toilet was broken (we put everything on the bathroom floor—no other choice). We had a WhatsApp number to text for assistance. Only one thin pillow per bed with light sheets. No maid service, so no fresh towels or cleaning.
