Location location location!! 20 seconds from beautiful beach and all the local food spots. Quiet so didn’t hear any noise at night. Very clean, comfortable bed and friendly host Mr. Navee who let us check in early with no issue.
It’s obviously very basic at this price (eg no hot water) so if you go expecting that then it’s perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more for our 3 night stay.
Bathroom can get sandy as there’s no balcony/ outside space to hang bits after the beach. (We expected this but just a consideration to think about if staying longer)

La chambre était plutôt grande, très propre et confortable !
Le lit était confortable et la chambre dispose de tout le nécessaire.
L’emplacement est génial, juste en face de la mer !

Right across Pasai beach and within walking distance from cafés, restaurants and mini markets.
No warm water, no actual window, small trash bucket in the bathroom and not covered(since you're required to throw toilet paper in the bin in Thailand) and no space on the sink to put your toiletries or space to wash clothes by hand if you travel for longer.
Thin walls, you could hear all the noise from the outside and the neighbours and you could see the light creeping in on the top edges of the walls. No insects tho. We were able to sleep well with earplugs and the AC on, and after having covered the minuscule pharmacy-like window.
Not worth it for the amount of money paid.
It would be okay for one or 2 nights, but for a cheaper price.
