Basic but comfortable accommodation for Koh Yao Noi.

Well located for access to bars and restaurants on Pasai Beach while also walkable to sunset bars on the other side of the island. Clean and comfortable but basic rooms set around gardens with sunbirds and hornbills. And cats.

The road and the bar and restaurant across the road can be a bit noisy. Garden rooms set back a bit were quieter and our preference (we moved after minor error in the room assignment that was all handled well by the staff, and in the end actually preferred the garden room to the sea view room we originally booked).

Nice location.

Good location. Right across street from beach, bike rental and 5 min walk from coffee shop and several restaurants.

The room had numerous gaps so mosquitoes were a bit of an issue. Unfortunately they were doing some reno's on bungalows so a little noisy although they didn't start until after 9.

Very basic but the price reflects it.

We liked the idea of private bungalows but these are in much need of a renovation, but for £75 for 2 nights. It was great value and about as much as you could expect.

Large gaps around the doors and windows so we pestered all night by mosquitoes.

If you like red ants in bed....choose this one!

Staff doesn't care about anything. No support or even an effort of any sort. No running water in sink, shower has barely a flow. Red ants joined me in bed at 8am, ouch. Ants never left. No privacy to neighbors and cars rushing by with bright lights at night, literally 30ft away. Spoke to staff about ants and water, but they just didn't seem to care. One like- close to beach.

Fabulous location opposite the beach and a bar and restaurant. Hornbills in the trees. Must like cats.

Becoming run down. Great little bungalows that are clean. With a king size comfortable bed. Weird old broken cupboard. The gardens need TLC. Staff spoke very little English. Needed google translate to ask for an extra pillow. Unfortunately a water main broke in our bungalow shortly after arrival so we need to change rooms. A small amount of investment could make this place a spectacular resort. Seemed to have a lot of locals living onsite but not working within the hotel.

Amazing

For the price this place is absolutely amazing. It’s a rather secluded farm, the rooms have comfortable beds an air conditioner and hot water with decent pressure in the shower. The view and background noise are stunning. We were here with our very active five year old boy and he had plenty of space to run around and explore

For the price it’s really hard to fault them for anything. You get more than you pay for here , but if you want a classic high end hotel you need to pay more

Great accommodation - right across from the beach. 10/10!

We had a lovely week here. It is a stones throw away from the beach - worth getting up and going over for sunrise! Aicha and the team were all so kind and very helpful. We have an online business so needed to work everyday from our laptops - we were able to sit at the tables in the main area where there were fans and a nice ocean breeze. Even when it was raining it was lovely! The room was spacious, had chairs inside and on the front deck area, decent cupboard and storage space. There are plenty of food options around - across the road on the beachfront is an Italian restaurant, a handful of local Thai spots, then either way up or down the island are other options. We walked to the 7 Eleven and it took around 45mins (easy flat walk), but there are other little shops much closer to get items. It's quiet around there which was perfect for us, at times we felt like we had the whole accommodation and beach all to ourselves. If you're looking for western food, the Extra Time sports bar round the corner has great food (their Thai is also delicious). 360 bar and sunset bar are also good spots. Honestly all the food we had around there was great. We got a kayak for 300 baht for 4 hours and went over to Hong Island - hard work but a great time. Will definitely return again in future.

great location next to the beach! the cozy bar close by has great prices and the sweetest employees. the hotel manager got a taxi to our boat when we left, and was very helpful! the rice soup at breakfast is also delicious!

some small ants in the room that got in our food, so just keep your snacks zipped up! minor though

Recomended for a simple stay on a beautiful island

Clean and simple accommodation, which was good value for money. Well located for Pasai beach and the surrounding bars and restaurants.

Minor suggestion would be that hand soap could be provided in the bathroom.

Great location but I would not recommend

Just across the road from the beach, restaurants, bars and mini market. Room is clean, comfortable bed, good quiet air-conditioning.

Staff were not very welcoming, not the friendly Thai way. Resort needs a lot of maintenance, it has so much potential, but we had a view of a broken down building. The noisy road just behind our room was very unpleasant though I'm sure the rooms further back on the property are less noisy.

C’est un petit resort composé d’une dizaine de bungalows. Sa situation est idéale puisque vous avez juste à traverser la route pour accéder à la plage de Pa Sai, l’une des plus belle plage de l’île. Location de scooter directement à l’hôtel.

Bungalows assez vétuste qui mériterait un rafraîchissement. La connexion au wifi est assez mauvaise si vous avez les bungalows du fond.

Prachtige locatie vlak bij strand waar we dan ook telkens ontbijt, lunch en diner hebben genoten in de verschillende lokale restaurants.

De eerste dag hadden we gezegd dat men de kamer niet moest poetsen omdat we net de avond daarvoor waren aangekomen, blijkbaar was dit voor 3 dagen van toepassing :). Kennis van het Engels aan de receptie was pover maar dat is eigenlijk een detail

Unkompetentes und faules Personal. Unhygienisch und liebloses Zimmer. Kommen nicht wieder.

Die Lage war zentral und direkt am Strand. Leider ist die Strasse noch dazwischen, weshalb es sehr laut war.

Die Dame am Empfang sitzt den ganzen Tag dort am Handy. Toiletten am Empfang waren ohne Schloss und man musste die Türe festhalten. Die Dame am Empfang hat es nicht interessiert, als wir es ihr gesagt haben. Auch sonst gibt sie keine Auskunft und war völlig unkompetent. Die Anlage besitzt ca. 14 Bungalow, von denen etwa 3 brauchbar sind und die anderen völlig verwahrlost und unordentlich dastehen. Keine Frottetücher im Zimmer. Wurden dann nach etwa 4h nach Check in nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung gebracht. Betten wurden auch erst nach Check In bezogen. Zimmer sehr unhygienisch und nich gereinigt. Alles sehr lieblos. Beachfront Bungalows sind teurer und sind direkt an der Strasse am Strand. Die Strasse ist jedoch ab 6.30 Uhr extrem laut.

Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og super søde. Værelset var meget stort og havde, hvad der var brug for. Det var også rart at være tæt på stranden.

Vi var der, da der var motorcykelfestival og da vores bungalow lå ud til hovedvejen var der meget lydt. Vi forventer ikke, at dette vil være et problem under andre forhold.
