Ok for a budget stay.

Location was good and we knew it would be basic. Room was very clean and the owners were helpful.

The shower was only cold and barely came out of the shower head. The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable that we have ever slept on. They did give us an extra topper which still didn’t help. In the end we went and naught two lilos from a local shop and put them under. After that it was fine. Good luck. 😊😊

Not luxurious but brilliant value.

We had a detached bungalow like the ones in the photos, but around to the left in a quieter spot and well shaded by trees so we loved the location. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, quiet location with no traffic noise, detached bungalow so no noisy neighbours. Probably the cheapest place we have ever stayed in Thailand so for the price it was very good value.

Quite basic inside and the toilet had a smell of urine which we could not hose away.

Good budget option for ko yeo yai

It's a really good location and there are a few motorbike hire places nearby. The rooms themselves are pretty basic although there are ants. The island is more expensive than the main land and full of resorts, so for a cheaper option Candyhouse is quite good. There's a restaurant and a resort with a bar nearby to get food.

Pleasant stay, but bungalow needed maintenance

The bungalow itself is cool, you have your own porch, and the colours are a nice touch. The rooms are basic but have AC and a fridge which was good.

It would have been nice to have a bed side table, so we wouldn't have to put phones etc on the floor. Our sink was also slightly coming off the wall, which wouldn't have been too bad but the pipes underneath leaked everytime you turned the tap on. The green bungalow needs some maintenance.

I will definately come back. Staff was super helpful and nice to me. Room was pretty big and clean. The place is well located around 10 minutes drive from the speed boat pier. They also have scooters on site for hiring

Plusem obiektu jest obsługa. Są mili i pomocni, mogą wypożyczyć skuter, zorganizować taksówkę czy bilet na speedboat w lepszej cenie niż na stronie 12go.

Zaczne od tego że zdjęcia wprowadzają w błąd. Plaża jest KILKA KILOMETRÓW DALEJ. To zdjęcie z plaży Laem Haad. Te zdjęcia z leżakami na trawce i ludźmi przy stole w ogrodzie są zrobione w restauracji sąsiedniego hotelu który jest po drugiej stronie ulicy. Można tam przyjść na jedzenie i napoje, ale NIE TAM JEST CANDY HOUSE. Koh yao candy house jest totalnym przeciwieństwem hotelu na przeciwko, a używanie na bookingu ich zdjęć powinno być sprawdzine przez administratora portalu. Czy sąsiedzi wiedzą, że na nich żerujecie? Byłam zameldowana w szarym bungalowie. Po pierwsze pokój był bardzo brudny. Łazienka cała w żółtych osadach z ludzkiego brudu, śmierdzi moczem i jest pełno mrówek. Materac bardzo ale to bardzo niewygodny, tak twardy że można mieć siniaki. Żeby to ukryć między prześcieradłem a materacem leży dodatkowa kołdra, która nie pomaga w wygodzie a dodatkowo śmierdzi. Pościel z poliestru bardzo niehigieniczna. Ręczniki są niedoprane i śmierdzą już po jednym dniu. W pokoju nie ma praktycznie w ogóle światła dziennego. Pani sprzątająca nie wymienia ręczników, nic nie sprząta, tylko z grubsza zamiata, kładzie wodę butelkowaną i wyrównuje pościel. Nie na tym polega sprzątanie, zwłaszcza jak ktoś jest na dłuższy pobyt. Na zewnątrz jest straszny bałagan. Wszędzie walają się śmieci, wiszą ubrania, materiały budowlane, rury, części do motoru. Od ulicy do domków trzeba przejść przez slums. Co ciekawe, pracownicy siedzą w swoim sklepiku na telefonach i w ogóle nie sprzątają w okolicy, jakby tego nie widzieli. W pokojach nie ma też lampek nocnych, tylko jedno ponure światło na suficie, jak w piwnicy. To mogłoby być miłe miejsce gdyby gospodarze posprzątali i nie kradli zdjęć sąsiadom.

+ Gute Lage (Strand in der Nähe, Motorbike Verleih, Gute Restaurants) + Schöne Aussicht, viel Natur + Sehr ruhig, nicht so touristisch + Moskito Netz über dem Bett + Preis Leistung ist okay

- Leider ist im Badezimmer vieles kaputt. Shampoo und DuschDas Behälter waren auch defekt. Wäre schön wenn mal ein bisschen renoviert und repariert wird. - Klimaanlage schmutzig, müssste mal gereinigt werden. - Wäre gut, wenn es mehr Ablageflächen gibt. Wir haben dann den kleinen Tisch von der Veranda reingenommen. - Duschtücher wurden nicht täglich ausgewechselt und es wurde auch nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. - Die Strände auf Koh Yao Yai sind leider trüb und nicht zum schwimmen geeignet. Wir sind mit dem Motorbike die Insel abgefahren, haben aber kein klares Wasser bzw.keinen schönen Strand zum schwimmen gefunden.

Petit hôtel très bien placé à 2 min de la mer mais attention il n’y a pas de plage de ce côté que des hôtels privés (dans lesquels on peut facilement accéder en consommant) La chambre est spacieuse, chaque petite chambre a son petit jardin terrasse. C’était un séjour très agréable

Quelques petites fuites d’eau dans la salle de bain il fallait couper l’eau à chaque fois, et quelques petites bêtes mais rien de fou sur une île.
