A wonderful relaxing stay

Everything was perfect, it was such a gorgeous place to relax and detach. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cave bathroom was so interesting and unique - it really felt like we were in a spa. Everyone was so kind and friendly, including looking after our baby while we ate! The food was some of the best we have had in Thailand. You will absolutely not regret staying here!

Unforgettable stay in Yao Noi

The room with the private jacuzzi is amazing! It was very clean, beautifully design and calm. Perfect breakfast by the lagoon, with variety and good quality products. Very polite and helpful staff, they lended us two bicycles for the first day until we got ours and gave us great recommendations to visit around. We also had dinner once at the resort and the dishes were delicious. Overall, highly recommended, we would absolutely come back here!

The only inconvenient was that you can only pay by cash.

Would stay again :)

We stayed in 2 rooms at the hotel. A tent and a bungalow type room. The tent was lovely, had a really nice feel and the bathroom was great. The bungalow type room was nice too but needed a little more tlc e.g. the bathroom window handle had broken so was always open slightly and it was hard to lock the front door. The location is great, down a quiet side road. You will need to taxi or hire a moped from the property to get to places but its easy enough.

Nothing wrong with breakfast per se, but staff were a little laid back with making eggs and ordering these. They need some protective lids for the salad etc to avoid flies. Before coming, information regarding boats would have been helpful.

Almost paradise

Beautiful surrounding and nature, very cool bungalows and tents. Nice snd friendly staff Cool restaurant with a good selection of food (authentic and yummi thai food) We drove the (very old!) free bicycles to exlpre the island! Loved it so much! It reminded me of a beautiful eco resort in codta rica somehow.

Breakfast could be better, I felt once sick after it. And birds cages with onöy one bord in it by the garage are a bit sad to see (if a bird cage is needed please put them together in a big one) Apart from that, great place to stay, we would definitifely go there again!

Beautiful hidden Oasis with the loveliest private pool villas

We stayed in the double villa with private pool. The villas were quite simple but tastefully decorated and the bathrooms were lovely. They had a nice understated luxury vibe. Beds were comfy and pool was beautiful. The place was very relaxing, just what we needed and the kids swam into the night time which was lovely. Like a hidden oasis and great if you need to zone out. Main pool also lovely and the staff very kind. Can rent mopeds for cheap and needed as you are not close to anything else. Its not a beachy island so we weren't bothered not being close to beach and only stayed 4 nights. It was really lovely though.

I found the dinner a little expensive for what it was but it was nice and good to have if you are with kids. the pool had too much chlorine, I think they should consider oxygenated/salt water as all our eyes were stinging like mad! The TV didnt work but we didnt really need it. We are a family of 4 so it was great to have the space BUT I would not stay here with young kids as the 4 beds means its split between 2 villas so my husband and I split so we each slept with a kid. I was paranoid that someone could just in! I know unlikely but still. I think all they need to do is put a gate across the back so it closes the 2 villa off form main pathway, if they did this I would keep going back!

It was very quiet at night and any questions we had were quickly answered. It was fun to ride around on the motor scooter. And the pool was very nice.

A secluded piece of paradise

The room is unique, the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful lake. We even managed to spot some Hornbills. Loved the quirky bathroom, the whole space was spacious and spotlessly clean.

We hired a moped, the rear lights didn't work, dangerous at night. Despite closing the curtains to keep the room cool they were drawn back and at one point when we returned the room was 46°. The outside table and chairs were really shabby and detracted from the enjoyment of being outside. The bar at the pool was difficult to get a drink from.

Great stay on fabulous island 🏝️

Awana was a great place to stay on an idyllic peaceful island. We booked a pool villa and the room was truly exceptional. Spotlessly clean, bright and airy, lovely bathroom and fabulous sunny balcony overlooking the lake. Kai was extremely helpful with transfers and scooter hire, but most importantly accommodated my allergies to fish and nuts (not too easily avoidable in Thailand) with no problem at all. We stayed three nights and ate supper there each evening with no issues or worries. The main pool was in a beautiful setting, shade later in the day, in time for happy hour🍹🍸 The main town is walkable but scooter hire (250 THB for 24 hrs) made island adventures easy. Pasai beach and the coastline beyond was very beautiful.

a bit of tlc is required around the grounds, and many tiles had fallen off and were loose on the bottom of our private pool. Small issues which would be easy to resolve to make the resort exceptional overall.

Moment of calm in Koh Yao Noi

Beautiful place to stay for a moment of calm in Koh Yao Noi. Accomodation was clean, light and airy. Facilities were all well thought out, including full size mugs in the room. Staff were brilliant and went over and above at every chance. Highly recommend a stay here, even if you only have one night!

Beautiful resort without mass tourism!

The houses are beautifully designed. We were unlucky as we had a really bad weather during our stay, thus, we really appreciated the comfort of our private cottage. The staff is very nice and helpful. The main pool area is beautiful and the resort isn’t too big, so it feels very homey.

The private jacuzzis are nice but since they are not heated its a bit chilly to use them during the wet season (yes end of November is still very very wet). Some appliances require more care and maintenance (eg the tap in the bathroom was a bit moving etc.). Breakfast - requires improvement for this type of resort.

I loved it

This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's in the middle of the island so you're close to almost everything if you have a scooter or motorcycle. The rooms are surrounded by forest so you get to experience the sounds of birds all day. I loved the room and the private pool is clean and well maintained. They have a modest breakfast buffet to start your day. But their restaurant serves great food for a good price. Definitely going back one day.

If you can't deal with insects or you're afraid of bats you won't like this place. I didn't mind though.

great location with beautiful surroundings. The rooms are lovely and the private pool is a lovely addition. The main pool is also a good size with comfortable loungers. Food was delicious too and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely go back.

Everything you could want from Thailand

I can easily say this was the best place I’ve stayed in Thailand and one of the best in my travels. The resort is beautifully tucked away from the main market town area. A great location for relaxing and experiencing a more calm and peaceful Thailand. The staff were so great and friendly. Me and my girlfriend were sad to say goodbye to them (and the cats). My only regret is I didn’t stay there longer. We will 100% be going back one day.

A couole of honest travellers

Staff were amazing, couldn't help you enough! Rooms were spotless, beds were comfy. Showers were warm and powerful. Location is 20 min walk from the pier. Cocktails were on point 👌 we ended up booking an extra 3 nights and upgraded twice! The rooms with the pools are breathtaking! Amazing little island! Hire a scooter and your good to go!

Exceptional

It was a very relaxing time. The hotel and its surroundings have a very calming effect. The rooms are very modern, comfortable, good size. The bathrooms are large, with an exotic look. We had a family room (in fact 2 separate rooms connected by a terrace) with its own pool - an excellent option. The restaurant served delicious dishes at good prices - I recommend the masaman Curry - one of the best I've ever had, full of aroma, the smell of spices, with a lot of cinnamon, thick and creamy.

Great overall

Private pool is a nice temperature and clean. Staff are great and friendly organised transfers to the pier. Rented bikes for 250 bhat per day. Good location. Breakfast is good. Rooms nice and clean, good aircon good bathrooms
