A nice looking villa however one thing ruined the experience for me. I ordered chicken satay and it was undercooked (which I sadly realised after the second bite) which resulted in be being ill in the middle of the night and morning. Thankfully my friend had charcoal and pepto bismol which saved me. We told a member of staff in the morning. He at first looked lost, went to the kitchen then returned and said it would be removed from the bill and apologised. When it came time to settle the tab at checkout the manager woman sneakily tried to add the chicken satay back to the bill. When my friend pushed back she tried to argue then finally removed it. This is appalling and honestly very disappointing behaviour. Someone became ill due to her kitchen staff’s inability to cook chicken and this is how she handled it? Won’t be back simply for that reason alone. Zero accountability and integrity.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed by the lovely staff. We had a villa overlooking the lake which was lovely and peaceful, with plenty of privacy. The room was spacious, clean and had huge windows looking out to nature. The pool area was great and the food in the restaurant was lovely both times we ate there. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the pier. There isn’t much around the hotel but it’s only a short drive into town or to the beach where there are many restaurants or bars (we hired bicycles and found getting around easy). The only slight improvement I would suggest would be to the breakfast, as we found there wasn’t a huge amount of options. We would definitely stay here again!

It was the last type of room available and wasn't so sure from pictures. Except getting quite hot inside during the day I haven't anything to complain very confortable in general and washroom is genius!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful room with a private pool. Sparkling clean. The staff were so friendly and accomodating.
As this is away from the beach you should hire a scooter (you can hire it from the accomodation - 250 baht). The main local village is about a 30 min walk away (doable at night).
I would absolutely come back here and recommend it to anyone!
