Good for a short stay, but a bit overpriced

- clean and spacious place - pretty close to the harbor - fridge, kettle, glasses - good wifi - information in advance about planned power cut off so people could prepare themselves

- water in shower just warm not hot and low pressure - walls are thin so you can hear other people and roosters in the morning :(

Great value on paper, not great in practice

Good value for money on paper, close to a couple of restaurants, close to an ok-ish beach. Rooms seem pretty new and are more than decent for the price. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did a good job keeping the rooms tidy

Having booked a few weeks in advance we were informed on arrival that we had to change rooms after 2 nighta (out of 3). This is already not great having to plan around it, but in addition the owner did not respond to any of my messages through whatsapp or booking. The worst part of the stay was however the very strong smell of sewage in the first room. It was not there all the time but when it was, it was unbearable.

The staff that greeted us and the cleaners were very nice and wholesome. Location is good too but not good enough to outweigh the negatives

The place is a literal construction site. So noisy from 6am which is unfair on people Paying to sleep there. The beds are rock solid, impossible to sleep on (I have beeen all over south east Asia and these beds were the worst) and when we asked if we could have something to put on top of the mattress for comfort not making a big deal, just looking for comfort, they wanted to charge us money instead of offering to make our stay more comfortable

A great place

We planned a quiet stay and this is exactly what we enjoyed at Kohyao Non Bay. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. The staff are very kind, helpful and curtious, although they are not on site but only a phone call away. Its quiet, rural and we so enjoyed this after crazy Phuket. A 10 min walk into the main village or a 15 min walk to a smaller village with restaurants, both delightful. Hiring a bike and side car gave us the chance to explore an enchanting quiet island.

Très confort

Un logement super moderne, une literie incroyablement confortable. La douche est spacieuse et chaude. Nous avons pu profiter d’une terrasse privative très agréable. La chambre est nettoyée, lit refait, poubelles vidées tous les jours. Un service vraiment irréprochable. Nous avons eu besoin d’un ventilateur qui nous a été donné dans la journée. Merci beaucoup !

Notre chambre ne disposait pas de fenêtres ouvrables, climatisation obligatoire.

Er is niks te doen in de omgeving als je geen scooter wil rijden ivm verzekering. Personeel was eigenlijk nooit aanwezig. Je kon Whatsappen voor taxi service maar daar werd je echt opgelicht qua prijzen omdat ze weten dat je eigenlijk geen andere opties hebt.

Preis Leistung sehr gut, wir würden wider kommen

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer hat eine Regendusche und auf der Terrasse kann man gut sitzen. Die Lage ist zentral, ist aber relativ weil man egal wo auf der Insel einen Roller benötigt. Wir haben uns über die Unterkunft einen Roller geliehen und haben sowohl den Norden als auch Süden erkundet. Aktuell wird gegenüber und ganz vorne noch gebaut, was lärmtechnisch für uns kein Problem war. Man bekommt jeden Tag Zimmerservice und neues Wasser und es ist sehr privat. Preis Leistung ist sehr sehr gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Der einzig negative Punkt war, dass der Kontakt zur Unterkunft etwas schwer war. Wir wussten erst nicht wie man einchecket, da die Schlüssel der fertigen Zimmer jedoch steckten, konnten wir uns einfach ein Zimmer aussuchen. Nach unserem Aufenthalt wollten wir verlängern und haben gefragt ob das möglich sei, haben keine konkrete Antwort bekomme und haben dann einfach neu über booking gebucht. Über WhatsApp hat uns niemand geantwortet.

Gut war: Design, Ausstattung Schlecht war: Kommunikation und Zuverlässigkeit, Hygiene (Seife gab es nicht, Duschgel roch verschimmelt,..), Baustelle direkt neben meinem Zimmer (von morgens bis abends Lärm)

Tolle moderne Unterkunft

Neue, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Großes Zimmer, Kaffe/Wasser kostenlos und nette Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der eigenen Terrasse. Nur wenige Fahrminuten vom 7 Eleven und dem Laem Had Beach.

Es wird derzeit ein neues Gebäude nebenan gebaut. Dadurch kommt es ab ca 8 Uhr zu Baulärm. Ein Roller ist zwingend notwendig, da nur wenige Restaurant in der Nähe sind
