The place is absolutely charming and peaceful. The surroundings are quiet. Many great food options and the beach are close to the property. You can rent a scooter or use a bicycle (the latter is available for free). The hostess was exceptionally welcoming and caring. She even lent me a yoga mat so I could exercise comfortably. The owners make sweet soft crepes for breakfast every morning. They also provide you with drinking water. Everything is perfect, and it feels like heaven.

Fantastic, spotlessly clean modern rooms run by Annie and her husband who are delightful. They simply cannot do enough for you. Would strongly recommend if you ever visit Ko Yao Noi.

Beautiful stay at Annie Meen’s. Annie’s staff are so kind and helpful, and even where there was a language barrier they went out of their way to translate all my queries. Annie was also very helpful and kind. 5* service. The condo itself was stunning and spotless, surrounded by nature. Near lots of lovely cafes, bars and beaches. If I visit the island again I would stay here in a heartbeat. Free bicycles are a plus (not sure if you can rent motorcycles but I saw some out front with helmets so you probably can). Thank you Annie and your team!
Nothing! I would say one improvement would be the slightly sheer white curtains behind the darker curtains would be great for when you want some privacy but still for the light to come in. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The room itself was good, everything else was average or below average.
Cash only payment was super annoying. There is not much else to do besides staying in the room - no other facilities.
