The apartments were lovely in a good location for sunset dew restaurants near by and a great Muay Thai gym . About a 25 min walk to the beach lots of restaurants around there

Beautiful room, great location

The accommodation is beautiful. Such a big space. Beautiful setting, literally a 5 min walk from the sunset bar and delicious bistro restaurant. Staff are so friendly and you can hire mopeds which is great to get around! They also bring you roti first thing which is great!

Best place ever - great value for money - super friendly couple who treat you like family.

The staff were incredible. A lovely couple who welcomed us like we were family, picked us up from the ferry - and we’re so helpful in recomending where to go for dinner, drinks, sunset views. Honestly such great value for money the rooms were perfect too. Loved the sweet omelette that arrived in the morning. So random but perfect. Little restaurant right next door (1 min walk) that has breakfast and dinner too.

Nothing - literally so so perfect. Maybe if they had a few more yoga mats spare but that’s it!

Nice place to rest in Koh Yao Noi

We had a great stay at Annie Meen's place. Each room is located in a cozy little cabin, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. The cabins also have an outside space where you can chill in hammock. We got picked up from the pier and also drop off there on our return. The place is on a good location, close to nice restaurants and bars. It was easy to move around the island, and we were able to rent a motorbike from Annie or use bikes for free.

We were in the first cabin nearby the street, so it could be a bit noisy sometimes when motorbikes and cars were passing by.

A place run with care and exceptional service :)

We liked the villa/room design that was tasteful and functional with a large bathroom that served us well post-beach / before evening dinner preparations. Annie and her team run the place meticulously: transport/pick-up by arrival and departure is organized for free, scooter renting is like walking in a park on a shiny summer day :), and every morning fresh roti is waiting for you by the entrance to your room, perfect with coffee as you start the day. Location-wise there are a couple of good restaurants and bars within walking distance that you can enjoy. The price-to-quality ratio is very good for Koh Yao Noi. Thank you! :)

Idyllic stay on an idyllic island.

We loved Annie Meens Place. Warm, friendly owners and staff that were very helpful during our stay. They are the kindest hosts. The accommodation is set amongst a lush green tropical landscape, and it was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The roti for breakfast every morning was delicious.

We’ll start by saying that we truly enjoyed our stay at Annie Meen’s Place! We originally booked two nights, and the moment we arrived, we already wanted to extend our stay — but unfortunately (and happily for them!) the place was fully booked. From the very beginning, we were welcomed in such a warm and friendly way. We then entered our spacious, clean room and were absolutely amazed. Honestly, we were blown away — we didn’t expect it at all. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the linens are soft and pleasant. There’s a lovely scent in the room, and the bathroom is large and luxurious. I must say — the shower pressure was the best we’ve had so far in Thailand!!! A real treat! Sweet Annie personally welcomed us and immediately told us to let her know if we needed anything — extra water, toilet paper, or room cleaning. We didn’t ask for room cleaning, yet on the second day they still came and cleaned our balcony (our room was locked, so they didn’t enter the room). There are also adorable cats on the property, but they don’t enter the rooms — so no worries at all. When we were leaving, Annie and her husband kindly offered to give us a ride to the pier, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. In short — highly recommended. Amazing people, a clean and quiet place, and a perfect location. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you guys so much 🙏🏻

Great host, room and location in this little island paradise

Annie was very welcoming and genuinely a lovely lady. The room was super spacious with a comfy bed. Bathroom great with a huge shower. Outside on the veranda there were 2 bean bags perfect for chilling after a long day exploring the island. After reading previous reviews I asked Annie for a towel to cover our rented scooter as she has 5 cats (all friendly but they like to lay on the seats) she got one for us straight away and covered the scooter seat for us. The bistro a minute walk down the road is AMAZING and the Sunset bar 2 minutes up the road had a really cool vibe. Would happily stay at Annie’s again! Thank you!!

Best stay in Ko Yao Noi

The place is absolutely stunning. Houses are located in the jungle, it's green everywhere. On terrace there is hammock and places to sit and chillout. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom spacious. There are free bicycles which you can take whenever you want. It was very clean and the people running this place - amazing. The owner is very helpful and kind. It was our best stay in Thailand. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to take some rest, deep breaths and enjoy nature.

Beautiful room, great location with jungle view

The owner Anni, welcomed us so nicely to her place. The rooms are beautifully designed, the balcony is great for relaxing. She has free bicycles you can take (which is what we did) and If you ride a motorcycle, she has one to rent as well. We loved our little rotti breakfast that they leave outside your door. And of course the cats. There are so many of them near the reception and they are so sweet. Near the hotel, there are some cute bars, restaurants and grocery shops. You can ask for water refill and cleaning when you need it. She also arranged a private boat trip for us and and free ride to the pier when we left. Would love to come back here!

A peaceful stay with beautiful views and amazing roti (thai pancake) for breakfast.

What a lovely place it is! I enjoyed my stay overall. It’s in walkable distance from beach and sunset bar. Other than that, you need to rent a scooty. They were kind enough to pick us up from the pier for free and also dropped us to a tour location.

Secret peaceful gem with friendly family service

Annie‘s Place is the perfect combination of simple cozy and beautifully built in the best way possible. From all the materials used for the spacious bungalows, the green surrounding, the yummy Roti-Door-Service to Annie and her beautiful family/staff - we felt at home immediately and extended our stay every day because we did not want to leave. Thank you - highly recommended!!!

One of the Best stays in Koh Yao Noi Island!

Amazing Stay! Annie was an exceptional Host! No complaints whatsoever! The view from the Private Villa of the Beach was amazing! Private, Calm and relaxing stay. The cats at the property are really friendly! Annie helped us book our ferry tickets. Scooters can be rented from her @ really fair prices. They pickup and drop you from/to the pier free of charge, and that’s really convenient. Look forward to returning soon! Thank You for Hosting us Annie 😇🙏

The drainage of the shower area can be improved as water outflow is a lil slow and water clogs a lil. This may have been a temporary issue with our particular Villa, but nothing major at all.

Inspiring!

This hotel comprises a few spacious and modern bungalows set in a serene garden. The large terrace has two beanbags , a coffee table and a hammock. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful , which will make you feel like you are staying with a family. Each morning they left Thai pancakes outside our room , which was so lovely of them. They also offered us some bananas from their tree.In the evening they used to leave a little lantern near the entrance to the room.Lots of little touches which made the stay very special. The food in the restaurant was delicious. If you want to explore the island , you can rent a scooter from them. Please note that there are some muddy and slightly hilly roads . We had a few beaches all to ourselves as it can be quiet.This place is perfect for a couple wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

the one minor problem was the flying termites!! they were literally everywhere and we spent like 40 minutes trying to get rid of them all in our room :/

In a beautiful location on a fantastic island. Annie was an amazing host, from picking us up and dropping us off at the pier, to bringing delicious roti every morning, to letting us play with her cats. This is an amazing place to stay and we could not recommend it more!

Well equipped and modern, very peaceful, great view. Annie and people she work with are very kind and helpful. She organized everything for us (private boat trip to 6 island) and it was perfect from A to Z with a very kind drop off to our next staying place. A meeting of friendly accommodation and private villa in the jungle.

Rooms are spaced out and in individual buildings. Basically, private villas with a balcony, outside seating on a personal balcony, and a hammock. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, onsite cats were delightful. Onsite restaurant was great as well, we were told by chefs in the island that it was one of their favourites.

No amenities in the room besides a couple bottles of water and shampoo/body wash. Aircon struggled in the heat, concrete walls means the room warms up quickly.

Amazing Stay

Our stay at Annie's Meen's place was a wonder. Everything from A to Z was perfect. The luxurious garden, the beautiful and functional room, the location (with a great restaurant just in front).tye room was clean, the bed comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and there is a fridge in the room. But the highlight of the stay was the kindness of Annie and her husband. They were helpful and kind at every steps. They let us borrow their bikes and gave us a ride twice (to an activity and to help us one other day). Every morning there were delicious pancakes left on the door.

Incredible peaceful stay in beautiful bungalow

The bungalows are absolutely incredible, tastefully designed and very relaxing in beautiful lush greenery. The restaurant on the property had one of the best Thai foods I have ever had, the chef was excellent. Annie was the best host ever, so sweet and genuine, I can’t wait to come back and stay with her again. Loved all of it!!!

Amazing from start to finish!!

Lovely surprise to find that we had a net on our terrace as we didn’t know that at the time of booking. The room smelt amazing and so did the bed sheets, so clean and fresh! Annie was amazing and extremely helpful for anything we may have needed. We also were surprised to find that breakfast is delivered to your terrace in the morning, the roti was amazing!!
